JAG Loyalty is built around four membership tiers, each unlocked by your annual spend and engagement with us. The higher your tier, the more exciting your rewards get.

Here's how it works:

Earn rewards when you shop: Make a purchase and earn a reward to use on your next order with us. For example, spend $125 in a day and receive a $10 reward voucher toward your next purchase.

Other ways to be rewarded. You can also earn rewards by referring friends, following JAG on socials and completing your member profile.

Enjoy exclusive benefits at every tier.

From free shipping and new collection previews to VIP event invites and priority dispatch, your benefits grow as you do.

Redeem in-store or online. Credits can be used on our online store and JAG Boutiques, giving you flexibility in how and where you shop.

Stay engaged to maintain your tier.

Your tier status will be reviewed and refreshed each year to keep the program dynamic and rewarding for our most loyal customers — and if life gets busy, we have ways to welcome you back too.

Joining JAG Loyalty is simple and free.

You can sign up online through your JAG account or in-store with a team member.

Once you're registered, you'll automatically be welcomed into our entry-level tier, JAG Muse, and your member benefits will be available straight away — including your welcome offer to kick things off.

When you shop:

Earn dollar-value credits based on how much you spend in a single day. The more you spend, the more you earn.

Milestone moments:

Engage with the community:

• Follow JAG on social media — earn $10 per platform.
• Refer a friend who makes a purchase and earn up to $25 per referral (amount varies by tier).
• Complete your member profile.
• The higher your tier, the more you can earn.

You can check your current tier, available rewards, and reward history anytime by logging into your JAG account online.

Head to your account dashboard to see where you sit, how much you've spent, and what rewards are ready to use.  

You can also ask any JAG team member in-store and they'll be happy to look up your membership details.

Your earned credits can be redeemed toward purchases in any of our four boutiques or online at JAG - giving you the flexibility to use them however and whenever suits you.

Rewards are applied at checkout and can be used to offset the cost of your next purchase. Keep an eye on your account to see your available balance and make the most of every reward you've earned.

Please note that loyalty rewards and credits are not reinstated if you return an item or cancel an order. Credits are earned at the time of purchase and returns or cancellations will not result in additional credits being issued or reversed. We encourage you to make the most of our team's styling advice in-store or reach out to our customer service team online before purchasing if you have any questions about fit, fabric, or style.

Your tier status is based on your annual spend and is reviewed on a rolling 12-month basis.

To maintain your current tier, you'll need to meet the spend threshold for that tier each year. If your spend falls below the required amount, you may move to the tier that reflects your most recent activity.

We'll always give you a heads-up before any tier change so you have the chance to stay where you are - and we're always cheering you on to reach the next level.
