01 Transparency
We believe honesty is non-negotiable. We publish our supplier list, modern slavery statement, and responsible business report annually. All policies are available publicly on the APG & Co corporate site.
We use Retraced, a Germany-based supply chain compliance platform, to trace our garments and map our materials supply chain. We are one of the early adopters of this solution in Australia.

02 Auditing
All JAG Tier 1 suppliers undergo the SEDEX SMETA 4-pillar audit framework, biannually as a minimum. Our teams review all audit reports and Non-Conformance Action Plans. We work with suppliers directly where issues are identified — not away from them.
03 Quality
Quality is the foundation of responsibility. A garment worn hundreds of times has a fraction of the impact of one worn twice and discarded.
Our quality assurance team includes technicians, production experts, and quality control professionals based in our key production countries. We test to international standards and fit on professional live models.

04 Workers
JAG has partnered with Whispli, an anonymous worker voice platform, to give garment workers a direct, confidential way to raise concerns. We have also conducted a living wage gap analysis of our top 25 suppliers, and reinstated our annual supplier conference to strengthen relationships, knowledge, and shared responsibility.
